Focus Group Discussion on Combinatorial Mathematics Research Group

Surakarta, 27 September 2024. The Research Group of Combinatorial Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), successfully organized a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) today. This event focused on discussing the progress of ongoing research in the fields of graph theory and combinatorics. As part of the research activities funded by a fundamental research grant from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (DIKTI) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), the FGD aimed to foster collaboration and provide a platform for exchanging ideas among researchers involved in the project.

Leading scholars, faculty members, and researchers from the Combinatorial Mathematics Research Group participated in the event, presenting their findings and challenges encountered during the research process. The discussions also highlighted the latest developments in the field and potential future directions for further study. This FGD marks a significant step toward advancing research in graph theory and combinatorics, while also contributing to the broader scientific community and educational mission of UNS.
