Prodi Matematika merupakan embrio berdirinya Fakultas MIPA (SK Mendikbud: 0297/O/1996). Prodi Matematika memiliki dosen yang 18 Professional. Memiliki 1,491 alumni yang bekerja diberbagai institusi negeri dan swasta. Mahasiswa aktif saat ini sebanyak 331 mahasiswa. Prodi Matematika telah terakreditasi Internasional ASIIN (2024 – 2029) dan Nasional/Lamsama.
